Job Description

We’re looking for a well-organised Operations Coordinator to join our car-sharing team, Bolt Drive, in Prague. In this entry-level position, you’ll support managing our car-sharing fleet and daily operations and drive business growth and profitability while ensuring a great user experience.

About Bolt Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.

From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.

And we're just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

  • Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
  • Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
  • Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
  • Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.

About The Role As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the team on the local day-to-day tasks. You will support the Operations Specialist with administrative assignments and projects and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth city operations.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Monitor, investigate, and document accidents and vehicle damage in line with established procedures.
  • Manage damage cases and insurance claims, communicating with customers, insurance providers, and internal teams regarding liability and cost recovery.
  • Carry out cost-recovery processes, including issuing applicable fines and invoices.
  • Create reports to monitor case volumes, operational performance, costs, and damage trends.
  • Contribute to process automation by helping define the logic and rules needed to improve and streamline workflows.
  • Build relationships with partners, municipalities, and other institutions, while supporting additional operational activities when required.

About You

  • You have experience in operations or a customer-facing role.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using Excel, data tools, and AI solutions to identify trends and improve processes.
  • You are an excellent communicator and are fluent in both Czech and English.
  • You are empathetic, care about people, and are passionate about helping others.
  • You are a natural problem-solver and quick learner, eager to understand and improve systems and processes.
  • You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and can multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain focused.

Why you’ll love it here

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Work in fast-moving teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Take advantage of Bolt credits to ride our scooter and use our ride-hailing services for free.
  • Enjoy various team events to get to know your colleagues.
