About The Role We are looking for a sharp, highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our ride-hailing operations in Budapest.

You will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally, where your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality, and compliance. You will be working closely with a high-performing team alongside the Operations Specialists and Operations Manager.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Support the local operations team in initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality, and compliance.
• Verify, maintain, organize, and audit driver and vehicle documentation.
• Respond promptly to driver inquiries and issues both in person and via email.
• Support projects aimed at improving operational processes and the overall driver experience.
• Assist with day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with local requirements and internal standards.

About You

• You are fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• You have a positive and hard-working attitude.
• You pay close attention to detail.
• You have a data-driven, analytical mindset (Excel skills are required).
• You're passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.
• You're a hustler who doesn't stop after 20 obstacles a day.
