We are looking for a Middle Sales Data Analyst to strengthen our Sales & Marketing Analytics team.
This role will focus primarily on sales analytics with close collaboration with the sales team and the team responsible for unit economics.
The main goal is to support sales teams with data-driven insights dashboards and analysis while helping improve data consistency and analytical foundations across teams.
Tech Stack:
Databases & SQL: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with analytical databases (e.g.
ClickHouse or similar).
Dashboarding & BI: Experience with BI tools for building dashboards and reports (Apache Superset or similar).
CRM Analytics: Experience working with CRM data and analyzing sales pipelines is a strong plus.
Data Modeling (Optional): Experience with DBT or other data transformation tools is a plus but not mandatory.
Python (Optional): Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Sales Analytics: Analyze sales performance including pipeline development conversion rates sales cycle length and sales team effectiveness.
KPI Tracking & Dashboards: Build maintain and improve dashboards for sales teams to track pipeline conversions and revenue.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Support sales stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses metric investigations and reporting (e.g. explaining drops in conversion rates or changes in sales performance).
Pipeline & Funnels: Work with sales funnels track conversion between stages and identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve sales performance.
Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams and the team responsible for unit economics to support consistent definitions metrics and data models.
Data Quality & Consistency: Help improve data quality align metric definitions and reduce inconsistencies across dashboards and reports.
Operational Support: Support day-to-day analytical needs of sales teams while contributing to long-term improvements in sales analytics.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analytics with hands-on experience in sales analytics.
SQL: Strong SQL skills are mandatory.
Sales Domain Knowledge: Practical experience with sales metrics pipeline analysis conversion rates or sales KPI frameworks.
Data Visualization: Experience building clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with sales stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to investigate problems explain metric changes and turn data into actionable insights.
Nice to Have: Experience with CRM data sales funnel analysis and DBT.
