Health Expert - Verzuimspecialist

In onze dynamische internationale organisatie krijgt gezondheid en welzijn van medewerkers nadrukkelijk prioriteit. Binnen People Services Europe zijn we dan ook ter uitbreiding van het team Health Advisory op zoek naar een gedreven Health Expert die niet wegloopt voor een gezonde uitdaging.

In deze functie ga je een waardevolle bijdrage leveren als gids, adviseur en coach op het gebied van preventie, re-integratie en arbeids(on)geschiktheid. Daarnaast werk je samen met het team actief mee aan het continue verbeteren en optimaliseren van onze dienstverlening. Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden

Als spin in het web ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en borgen van alle wettelijke verplichtingen en aanvullende kwaliteitseisen in relatie tot het re-integratieproces. Je draagt zorg voor optimale samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen in het belang van een voorspoedige en duurzame re-integratie en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan managers in relatie tot verzuimcasuïstiek. In het belang van een sluitende dossieropbouw voer je diverse administratieve werkzaamheden uit en we verwachten dat je actief bijdraagt aan de professionele doorontwikkeling van health advisory.

Opleidingsniveau & functie-eisen

• HBO werk- & denkniveau;
• Afgeronde praktijkopleiding ROV;
• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring i.r.t. casemanagement verzuim;
• Actuele kennis van sociale zekerheid, zoals WVP, Ziektewet, WIA, Arbowet, etc...;
• Sterke affiniteit met vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid;
• Ervaring met VerzuimSignaal heeft een sterke pre;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste en vanwege het internationale karakter van ASML is Engelse taalvaardigheid in woord en geschrift zeer wenselijk.

Health Expert - Absenteeism Specialist

Introduction

In our dynamic international organization, employee health and well-being are a top priority. Therefore, within People Services Europe, we are looking for a driven Health Expert who isn't afraid of a healthy challenge to expand our Health Advisory team.

In this role, you'll make a valuable contribution as a guide, advisor, and coach in the areas of prevention, reintegration, and work (in)capacity for work. You'll also actively collaborate with the team to continuously improve and optimize our services. Tasks & Responsibilities

As the central figurehead, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal obligations and additional quality requirements related to the reintegration process. You'll ensure optimal collaboration between all parties involved, ensuring a smooth and sustainable reintegration, and you'll provide solicited and unsolicited advice to managers regarding absenteeism cases. To ensure a consistent file, you'll perform various administrative tasks, and we expect you to actively contribute to the professional development of health advisory services.

Education level & job requirements

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Completed ROV practical training;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in absenteeism case management;
• Current knowledge of social security, such as WVP, Sickness Benefits Act, WIA, Working Conditions Act, etc.;
• Strong affinity with vitality and sustainable employability;
• Experience with VerzuimSignaal is a strong advantage;
• Due to the international nature of ASML, spoken and written English language skills are highly desirable.
