Job Description

In most instances, this position requires in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience managing or leading multi-layered technical organizations.
  • 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, enterprise content management (ECMs), identity), Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
  • Experience driving cloud transformations for enterprise-level clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in enterprise customer success, technical delivery, consulting, or IT operations leadership.
  • Experience building business cases and articulating the Return on Investment (ROI) of technology investments to executive stakeholders.
  • Prior experience leading a professional services or consulting organization at a global hyperscale provider (Google Cloud).
  • Communication skills with a proven ability to influence at the CEO/CTO level.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex commercial dynamics, including strategies and technical risk mitigation for portfolios exceeding $500M+ in cloud spend.
  • History of driving innovation in service delivery, such as integrating AI-driven insights into customer delivery model.

As a Manager of AI Outcome Customer Engineering (AIOCE) for the North region, you will lead the strategic goal and execution for a team of AIOCEs. You will lead a highly specialized team of technical experts dedicated to helping customers fully realize the value of Gemini Enterprise (GE) . You will oversee the technical execution and business operations required to accelerate customer adoption and decrease the time to first production value.

In this role, you will act as a central orchestration leader, building critical alliances with customer executives, and internal go-to-market leadership, to ensure complex workloads transition seamlessly from agreement signing to full production. Beyond technical delivery, you will be a dedicated people leader tasked with cultivating a mission-first culture, developing top talent, and strategically driving AI transformation across your organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the AIOCE engagement and adoption strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, establishing scalable and repeatable frameworks to accelerate onboarding, mitigate risks, and drive long-term AI transformation across the portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end AI transformation journey by orchestrating alliances across sales, product, engineering, Google Cloud Consulting, and external partners. Serve as a strategic escalation point to allocate resources and ensure the timely delivery of high-complexity deployments.
  • Define and execute Cloud AI adoption processes and frameworks that ensure rapid customer onboarding and large-scale adoption.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing technical team, making strategic talent decisions regarding to scale the AIOCE organization.
  • Represent regional Google Cloud Product and Engineering teams, translating customer trends, technical gaps, and adoption challenges into actionable requirements that influence future product roadmaps.
