Description What You'll Do
As a Member Of This Team, You Will Gain an end-to-end view of EU Operations strategy, giving you unparalleled insight into how our network evolves
Contribute to technology roadmaps that define how we build, scale, and innovate across the region
Engage with global leadership across Tech, Operations, and Finance — influencing decisions that shape the plan at the highest levels
Build a sturdy yet flexible long-term plan that surfaces deliverables and unlocks opportunities for both existing and emerging technology

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience handling multiple competing priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders (e.g. definition of accurate network expansion plans, vendor development, quality assurance, design and cost improvement, team and stakeholder engagement)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lean or six sigma methodologies for operational, process, and performance improvement projects including process mapping and process re-design
