The Impact of a Learning & Development Consultant at Coupa:

The L&D Consultant plays a critical hands-on role in delivering Coupa’s flagship leadership and professional development programs. Reporting into the Talent Experience Director this individual operates as a program manager and core facilitator leading the day-to-day execution participant experience and operational administration of key learning journeys.

This role bridges instructional design and learner engagement by conducting local needs analyses co-creating dynamic content facilitating key modules and measuring program impact. Working closely with HR Business Partners subject matter experts and business leaders the L&D Consultant ensures our development programs equip employees with the practical skills needed to grow perform and drive business results.
