Superside is hiring a Creative Strategist Performance Marketing to lead the strategic thinking behind our clients' highest-volume highest-velocity creative programs. You'll sit at the intersection of data and creative turning performance signals from paid social OOH and programmatic campaigns into sharp testable creative direction — while acting as a trusted strategic partner to the clients whose business results depend on it.

You'll run strategy across a portfolio of accounts at once each producing a high volume of creative every month and you'll be the person both the client and the creative team turn to when they need to know not just what to make next but why.
