About The Role We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Bolt Food Team in Bucharest, Romania.

As Key Account Manager, you will build and sustain robust relationships with our most crucial merchants, ensuring exceptional operational performance and growth.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities while ensuring key accounts meet strong operational KPIs- Own the partner’s P&L and be responsible for its profitability and growth.
  • Ensure all campaign processes are in place and proactively work to improve overall monthly performance.
  • Develop account plans to increase volumes and improve key accounts profitability.
  • Respond to client queries, manage emails and calls, and resolve their challenges.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to all key accounts, providing consultancy about what can be improved and implemented for further growth.
  • Renegotiate contract terms, including commission rates and campaign plans, with key accounts regularly, and negotiate and implement activities through marketing with the partners ( banners, communications, etc.)

About You

  • Proven experience in account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles with a focus on the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Proven track record of achieving critical metrics and revenue targets.
  • Strong capability in leading & prioritizing tasks and projects, managing resources, and time efficiently. Highly organized.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with key accounts, using excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication & written skills in Romanian and communicative English.
