Junior IP solution specialist

Prague, Czech Republic

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support technical activities for IP opportunities: workshops, solution architecture, proposals, and presentations.
• Cooperate with Sales team to drive account strategy, work closely with account managers and different departments to make sure projects run smoothly.
• Develop technical responses for RFP/RFQ/tenders: technical narratives, BoQ/BoM configuration, scope assumptions, and risk statements.
• Own solution design for IP networks (e.g., L2/L3, Segment Routing, QoS, traffic engineering, security integration, high availability).
• Support demos/PoC: prepare agendas, test plans, success criteria, and result summaries.
• Collect and prioritize customer/field feedback; translate into clear requirements for R&D and product teams.
• Work with channel/partners on sizing, joint proposals, and solution alignment. Support partner enablement with basic training and technical Q&A.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing basics (BGP/OSPF), NAT, QoS concepts etc.
• Ability to write clear technical documents and present solutions to mixed audiences.
• Commercial mindset & communication skills:
• Ability to explain technical topics in a business-friendly way and support sales conversations.
• Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or customer workshops.
• Strong organization skills and good at communication
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to organize information, prepare clear documentation, and follow up on tasks.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or related field
• Good command of English, spoken and written. Czech fluent
• Suitable for an entry-level candidate with a technical foundation, curiosity, customer-oriented attitude, and motivation to develop into an IP solution sales specialist.
