About The Role The Junior Category Manager with our Bolt Market team will be responsible for following our product assortment strategy, sourcing the exact quantity at the best possible price while ensuring we maximize consumer experience, while constantly growing our revenue and increasing our suppliers' engagement and sales.

Please note that the salary starting point for this position is EUR 30,000 gross/year with the final offer reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for market research and store visits, analysing consumer trends and pricing to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Assist with joint business plans with key CPG companies, including actioning growth tool targets per key brand. Collaborate with other departments, including the partnerships team, to share ownership and deliver the best results.
  • Support with regular performance reviews of products and suppliers to ensure they meet sales and profitability targets and provide data-driven insights to our partners to support their growth of sales and profits.
  • Negotiate with the regular and ad-hoc suppliers as required. Develop supplier contracts, managing payment terms, rebates, commercial margin, price index, periodic discounts, supplier’s promotional support, marketing activities, availability, shelf space, selection and many other variables.
  • Provide commercial analysis and local commercial deep dives, presenting findings, recommendations, and progress reports.
  • Support with promotional strategy execution for campaign spend according to the budget. Implement a consumer-centric promotional plan. Own and maintain promotion analysis and data to understand the performance of our campaigns. Collaborate with both local and global Commercial teams to plan and source relevant offers for our users and coordinate the implementation with relevant stakeholders such as Marketing and Operations to ensure that the operation runs smoothly.

About You

  • Experienced in the commercial domain, e-commerce, or brick and mortar with strong negotiation skills.
  • You have excellent project & program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • You hold excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are analytical and have the ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making.
  • Good communication and written skills in Lithuanian, also in English.
