Job Description

This role offers a fixed-term employment contract (one year) with the possibility of renewal. The position also operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with three days per week spent at our Bucharest office.

Join our team as an HR Services Specialist and become part of a future-ready HR organization where people and technology work hand in hand. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-driven and eager to learn—someone who wants to understand how HR processes work end-to-end and is excited about exploring how systems, digital tools, data driven insights, AI and automation can make those processes simpler, smarter and more efficient, enhance employee experiences, and help shape smarter HR solutions across the organization. First year employment period as contractor, with possibility to headcount conversion to Oracle.

What you will be doing:

Process:

  • Provide HR support to candidates, employees, managers and HR partners at regional and/or global level.
  • Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and solve HR queries, including more complex cases.
  • Use data to analyze trends, identify root causes and potential improvement opportunities.
  • Learn and apply Continuous Improvement methods to improve processes.
  • Document opportunities identified, and work with managers/leads to drive action plans to results.
  • Identify, define, document and share best practices within the team and cross teams.
  • Use AI and digital tools in your day-to-day work to research, analyze information, improve productivity and identify opportunities for automation or simplification.
  • Produce and deliver presentations based on data analysis to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Deliver trainings to colleagues, employees, managers, Recruitment, HR.
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate and user-friendly process documentation.
  • Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and/or enhancements of existing systems.
  • Support internal quality reviews and use findings as opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Projects:

  • Contribute to projects focused on HR process improvement, digitalization, automation and AI adoption.
  • Support project related activities such as analysis, documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to stakeholders.
  • Apply Continuous Improvement and Change Management methodology on projects, initiatives, deployment of new technology (HCM, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, tools, etc.)

Skills:

  • Naturally curious—you ask “why?”, “how does this work?” and “could we do this better?”
  • Strong willingness to learn about and apply emerging technologies, including AI, automation to enhance expertise in HR processes, systems and technology.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications and motivated to learn new technology and seek improvement opportunities.
  • Comfortable learning through experimentation, feedback and collaboration with others.
  • Customer-service oriented, putting yourself in the customer’s shoes while looking for solutions to their queries.
  • Analytical mindset and interest in using data to identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communicator.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Practical experience working in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Experience:

  • Experience in HR, HR Operations, HR systems, shared services, business operations, process improvement or another systems/process-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Practical exposure to AI tools and an interest in applying AI to real business problems.
