GTM Strategy and Operations Manager

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with project management, strategy, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a changing environment.
• Experience of working in sales enablement.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leveraging problem solving skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.).
• Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
• Strong collaborator with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for AI who can work with people from a broad range.
• Excellent communicator with great people management and presentation skills, as well as the ability to write well and translate complex issues into simple language that people who are not experts can understand.
• Excellent influencing and executive stakeholder management skills.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €122000 - €125000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, foster collaboration, alignment, and a shared sense of purpose, while ensuring alignment across teams, product areas and global objectives - tailoring approaches to the unique needs and opportunities of your partnering team in line with GTM priorities.
• Identify ongoing growth opportunities and threats, develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks, while establishing efficient processes and workflows. Analyze key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
• Develop comprehensive annual business plans in collaboration with your business partner, set ambitious targets and outline strategies for achieving them whilst regularly tracking progress.
• Structure and lead operational improvement initiatives from initial recommendation to full implementation.
• Collaborate to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, and our business partners.
