  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve GSOC standard operating procedures, response playbooks, and escalation protocols tailored to EMEA-specific risks and regulatory environments
  • Analyze regional threat intelligence from open-source, government, and partner sources to produce timely situational awareness reports and security advisories for leaders and stakeholders
  • Oversee the performance of GSOC analysts and contracted security operations personnel, providing guidance, feedback, and operational direction to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Design and facilitate tabletop exercises and operational drills to test GSOC readiness against realistic EMEA threat scenarios, including geopolitical instability, civil unrest, and targeted threats
  • Leverage security technology platforms, including access control, video management, and mass notification systems, to enhance GSOC monitoring and response capabilities
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and contribute lessons learned to improve GSOC processes, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
  • Integrate AI-enabled tools and workflows into GSOC operations to improve threat detection, reporting efficiency, and analyst productivity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in physical security operations, global security operations center management, or a related security discipline within a multinational environment
  • Experience leading or supervising security operations teams in a 24/7 operational environment, including incident command and escalation management
  • Experience with physical security technologies including access control systems, video surveillance platforms, and mass notification tools
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing threat intelligence to produce actionable security assessments and briefings for varied audiences
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional incident response efforts involving Legal, HR, Communications, and facilities stakeholders across multiple geographies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or Certified Emergency Manager (CEM)
  • Experience deploying or optimizing AI-assisted tools within a security operations or threat monitoring context
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Familiarity with EMEA regulatory frameworks and regional security risk environments including geopolitical, civil unrest, and terrorism-related threats
  • Experience in a global/multi-site enterprise security operation
