Global Account Director - Manufacturing & Health Tech

Overview

As Global Account Director, you will lead Microsoft's relationship with one of our most strategic Manufacturing & Health Technology customers. You will shape long-term business strategy, drive AI and digital transformation, and help deliver meaningful business outcomes at global scale.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring exceptional executive engagement, strategic account leadership, and the ability to influence and orchestrate teams across Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Microsoft's strategic relationship with a global Manufacturing & Health Technology company, developing and executing a long-term account strategy that drives customer success and business growth.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology executives, acting as a strategic advisor on their most important priorities.
• Drive AI, cloud, security, and digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams across sales, solutions, customer success, engineering, and partners to execute a unified growth strategy.
• Identify new opportunities, expand executive relationships, and deliver revenue, consumption, and customer success objectives.
• Leverage Microsoft's partner ecosystem to accelerate innovation and maximize customer impact.
• Champion customer value realization, responsible AI adoption, security, and compliance.
• Direct people management of 3 people aligned fully to account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success leading strategic enterprise sales, global account management, consulting, or business leadership engagements.
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decisions at the C-suite level.
• Experience leading large-scale AI, cloud, digital, or business transformation initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Demonstrated success driving business growth, developing long-term strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and orchestrate global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, or other highly regulated industries is advantageous.

Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 141,200.00 - € 240,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
