The Experience

Shape the future of Enterprise AI at Salesforce. Our Professional Services team delivers strategic engagements that help executive-level customers realize the full value of Salesforce across people, process and technology.

As Senior Architect Technical Consulting, you become the highest technical design and thought leadership authority in our most strategic customer programs. You will architect solutions across Data 360, Agentforce and Enterprise Security as a peer to the CISOs and CTOs of our largest customers.

Security and AI are the core of this role. You will embed security into every architecture from day one and use AI to make solutions faster and safer.

This is a customer-facing role based in Munich / GEO EMEA Central, with travel to customer sites and flexible working where on-site presence isn't needed. You will grow through an extended onboarding program covering certification, training and close work with other Technical and Program Architects.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Own the enterprise architecture roadmap across the Customer 360 platform (Sales, Service, Data, Security), acting as CTO / Program Architect for design-board and technical escalation.
• Architect scalable Data 360 foundations and govern Agentforce with trust layers and guardrails, including Agent Orchestration and Trust Boundary Management.
• Design end-to-end security and secure API integration patterns (IAM, Shield, Event Monitoring, GDPR, OAuth, JWT, External Client Apps) for complex multi-org landscapes.
• Lead architects and engagement teams, mentor colleagues, customers and partners, and support pre-sales where needed.

You're Our Person If...

• You have a proven track record as a Principal, Program, Enterprise or Technical Architect in complex Salesforce ecosystems, with Salesforce certifications or a willingness to earn them soon.
• You have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Enterprise Security, Data 360 and Agentforce, including trust layer controls and multi-agent orchestration.
• You have deep technical mastery (Apex, LWC, event-driven architecture, SSO/OAuth, APIs, CI/CD, MCP and A2A) and know the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
• You are business-fluent in German and fluent in English, with strong presentation and facilitation skills, an AI-first mindset, and a team-first attitude that reflects Salesforce's core values.

Even Better If...

• You hold Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent architectural credentials.
• You have hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI or Google Gemini, and with AI-assisted developer tooling.
• You have experience with MuleSoft, Tableau and Informatica, and with large multi-SI transformation programs and agile delivery.
• You have achieved Agentblazer Legend 2026 status.
