Full Stack Developer (.NET / Java)

Join a highly visible technology team supporting client-facing Banking applications at Morgan Stanley. You will:

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using .NET and Java technologies
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs
• Contribute to client-facing web applications and connected backend platforms
• Work within a cross-functional Agile squad alongside developers, QA engineers, business analysts and product professionals
• Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to engineering best practices
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment and support
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality

You have:

• 3+ years of software development experience using .NET and/or Java
• Experience developing REST APIs and backend services
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as Angular or React
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• Interest in learning new technologies and expanding technical expertise

You might also have:

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience delivering solutions within enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Financial Services, Banking or Wealth Management
• Experience working across both frontend and backend technologies
• Exposure to Product, UX, Business Analysis or related disciplines
