Job description
Just imagine shaping the financial decisions that help a global manufacturing organisation invest wisely, improve performance and plan. Then make it real.
About the role
As our FPA Senior Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in financial planning, performance management and decision support across the LEGO® Group's production organisation. You'll partner closely with leaders inside and outside Finance to translate complex data into clear recommendations, support investment decisions, and strengthen financial performance. You'll help drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities while contributing to the long-term financial direction of the business.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered yearly and monthly budgeting processes, including financial consolidation, analysis and management reporting.
- Developed financial planning models supporting short-, medium- and long-term investment and cost-planning decisions.
- Evaluated business performance and provided financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Used SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAP BPC and Think Cell to prepare reporting, forecasting and planning deliverables.
- Built experience across finance and accounting roles within a global organisation or finance consultancy environment.
Completed a master's degree in finance, auditing, management accounting or a related field, with fluent English at C1 level or above.
What you'll build
- Financial plans, forecasts and budgets that support operational and strategic priorities.
- Insightful analyses that identify cost-efficiency opportunities and strengthen business performance.
- Robust financial models to evaluate investments, scenarios and future business developments.
- Clear management reporting that supports decision-making across production, distribution and finance leadership teams.
Strong partnerships with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to improve planning and performance outcomes.
If you've worked in a role where you balanced planning, forecasting, reporting and business analysis within a global organisation, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine financial expertise with practical business insight and use data to support better decisions.
Life on the team
You'll join a team that works closely together to support performance, planning and long-term value creation. We share ideas openly, learn from one another and partner across functions to solve complex challenges. Success comes from building trusted relationships, communicating clearly with both finance and non-finance colleagues, and bringing a collaborative approach to every discussion.
What success looks like
You'll become a trusted finance partner who helps leaders make informed decisions with confidence. You'll build a deep understanding of production operations; distribution operations strengthen planning processes and help the organisation navigate future investments and performance opportunities. Working closely with Finance colleagues, operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll contribute to a more connected, data-informed and forward-looking business.
