The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.

About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Fulfillment Solutions Intern to support our FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) team within the Fulfillment Operations organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing operational projects, system improvements, and launch readiness initiatives across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interest in supply chain solutions, project coordination, and testing.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Business Insights
• Support the FMCG FBT team by analysing seller performance, FBT adoption, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards, track key KPIs, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making and category strategy.
• Day-to-Day Merchant Operations
• Support the daily operations of FMCG merchants using FBT by responding to merchant enquiries, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Service, etc.), troubleshooting fulfilment-related issues, and following up on inbound shipments, inventory, billing, and operational cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Merchant Feedback & Continuous Improvement
• Collect and synthesise merchant feedback to identify recurring pain points and operational gaps. Support root cause analysis, document business requirements, and work with internal stakeholders to drive product and process improvements that enhance the merchant experience.
• Support strategic initiatives and category projects, including seller onboarding initiatives, operational process improvements, and internal enablement materials. Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
• Merchant Engagement & Business Development
• Identify high-potential FMCG sellers suitable for FBT adoption through data analysis and pipeline reviews.
• Support merchant pitching activities, prepare business materials, and participate in merchant meetings to understand merchant needs and gain hands-on account management experience.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome; Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related fields preferred)
• Available for a full-time internship
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with solid Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, basic formulas, and the ability to present insights clearly and concisely)
• Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken) - High Oral fluency in Korean and English to support communication with internal and external Stakeholders in both the Korean and English Market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or systems testing;
• Ideally familiar with case management tools (e.g., Pearl, Jira, ServiceNow) and GTM (go-to-market)/project frameworks (e.g., RACI, critical path tracking);
• Strong analytical mindset with exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
