Who you are
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
What the job involves
- We are looking for an exceptional, self-driven Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in our fast-growing EU Stores Retail Hardlines organization
- This is a high-impact role that calls for attention to detail, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting tight deadlines
- The right person brings a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, stays composed under pressure, and treats confidential information with the highest discretion
- You will act as a seamless extension of the leader you support and partner closely with other Executive Assistants across the organization
- Success in this role means anticipating needs before they arise, driving process improvements that create capacity for the leadership team, and building trusted relationships at every level of the company

- Own and manage a complex, fast-changing executive calendar across multiple time zones

- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting

- Plan and run team activities and events — staff meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and team social events

- Track key deliverables and follow up to drive them to completion

- Act as a trusted business partner to the leader and the wider leadership team

- Exercise high judgment and make sound decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

- Look around corners to anticipate needs and identify areas for improvement

- Partner with recruiting, other EAs, and cross-functional teams to support the broader organization

- Manage team space, logistics, and ad hoc project coordination
