Airbnb was born with a creative spirit, and it’s one of the most defining parts of our culture. We use our curiosity and imagination to come up with unconventional solutions. These are the ideas at the core of Airbnb:
- Our community is based on connection and belonging.
- Our creativity allows us to imagine new possibilities for people.
- Our responsibility is to all of our stakeholders.
- It takes a unified team committed to our core values to embody these ideas, and our fast-moving team is committed to leading as a 21st century company.
Role Overview As the Enablement Operations Coordinator, you'll own the end-to-end administrative experience across our Emergency Response and Program Partner onboarding workstreams, becoming the go-to expert on how partners get set up, funded, and ready to operate. You'll bring order and reliability to a fast-growing program. You'll work closely with functional teams, build real experience in a rapidly growing organization, and have a direct hand in shaping how the process evolves as we grow.
Note - can be 100% remote. Ideally, the worker would be open to go to the Dublin's office or the US 2 or 4 times a year for team meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Response Set-up & Partner Onboarding Execution
- Own end-to-end Emergency Response set and configuration for each new partner intake, following established SOPs.
- Own award letter configuration and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround for every partner.
- Own partner payment setup, coordinating required information and configuration steps across systems.
- Execute the full onboarding checklist per partner, including data entry, system configuration, and record updates.
- Manually transfer and reconcile partner information across systems where automation isn't yet in place, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement
- Confirm completion of onboarding steps with cross-functional (XFN) teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Program teams) and track outstanding items to closure.
- Flag bottlenecks, recurring errors, or volume spikes to the team, and help identify opportunities for future process improvement or automation.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date documentation of SOPs as processes evolve.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in operations, program coordination, onboarding, or partner/vendor administration.
- High comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy work and a strong eye for accuracy at volume.
- Experience following and executing structured SOPs independently, with judgment on when to escalate.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; comfortable following up with multiple teams to close out tasks.
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet) preferred.
- Nonprofit, disaster/emergency response, or grants administration experience is a plus, but not required.
- Spanish or French language proficiency preferred.
- Work Schedule - Emergency Response set and configuration is time-sensitive and tied to real-world events, so this role requires availability for occasional weekend and after-hours work to configure and stand up response efforts as they arise.
