Job Description
Job Description Join Oracle’s Customer Success Services (CSS) team. Working with the Global Field GTM & Enablement Lead, this role provides practical coordination and delivery support across several areas, including communications, customer success stories, events, data and reporting, special programs, and day-to-day team support. Working from agreed priorities and direction, the role helps organize activities, prepare materials, maintain accurate trackers and repositories, coordinate inputs and follow-up actions, and use approved AI and automation tools to improve consistency and efficiency.
What We Would Expect From You
- Relevant Experience: Experience in coordination, project or program support, sales enablement, events, communications, administration, or a similar commercial support role.
- Organization & Follow-Through: Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and time-management skills, with close attention to deadlines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Comfortable coordinating inputs and activities across teams, countries, and levels of seniority.
- Events & Suppliers: Experience supporting event logistics and working with external providers or suppliers.
- Tools & Digital Fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and collaboration or project management tools, with a willingness to learn new platforms.
- Data & Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate trackers, consolidate information, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
- AI Mindset: Interest in applying approved AI tools responsibly in day-to-day work.
- Compliance: Commitment to Oracle’s brand, privacy, security, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do
- Key Program & Project Coordination
Provide coordination and administrative support across key GTM and enablement programs and projects. Maintain plans, timelines, trackers, meeting materials, stakeholder inputs, and follow-up actions; flag risks or delays to support timely execution.
- Demand Generation, Campaigns & Event Support
Support the coordination and delivery of demand-generation activities, campaigns, and events. Assist with planning, logistics, communications, materials, attendee and supplier coordination, follow-up, and reporting to enable smooth execution.
- Customer References & Success Stories
Support customer reference and success-story activities by maintaining nomination and approval trackers, coordinating inputs and asset development, managing evidence repositories, and helping teams access approved customer proof points.
- Communications, Content & Enablement Support
Support regional communications, creative content, sales play materials, and enablement activities. Maintain calendars, resources, and repositories; assist with content preparation, reviews, publication, session logistics, and engagement tracking.
