As an AI Workforce Specialist within Digital Enterprise Sales, you will be at the forefront of transforming how public sector organizations in Italy operate. Responsibilities

Engage in conversations with public sector organizations to introduce digital transformation opportunities aligned to their mission, with a focus on artificial intelligence adoption and impact on public services.

Collaborate across account teams, partners, and services to qualify, track, and expand high-impact opportunities within government agencies and public institutions.

Identify, develop, and propose AI-driven solutions that address the needs of public administration, leveraging demonstrations, workshops, and direct engagement to drive adoption.

Apply orchestration models by aligning internal stakeholders and partner relationships to drive deal closure and successful outcomes for public sector customers.

Provide competitive analyses and insights to inform institutional strategies and support innovation across public sector sales engagements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
-
Several years of technology-related sales or account management experience
-
OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND several years of technology-related sales or account management experience

OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND several years of technology-related sales or account management experience

Full proficiency in English (both written and verbal) AND Italian (Level C1 or higher)
Digital Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 49,200.00 - € 71,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
