Job Description

Description The TOM team is looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated Data Analyst to help create data backed insights. The data analyst will be responsible to analyze data to support support programs, dig deep into data to determine root cause of defects, build and maintain decision support tools, and present findings to business partners. In addition the Data Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining key metrics for business reviews.

Key job responsibilities

  • Assist in retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to support decision-making processes
  • Help maintain and review KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Support with basic data requests
  • Contribute to data analysis that informs recommendations for leadership
  • Participate in data mining and basic problem-solving tasks

This position is office-based.

About The Team Amazon couldn’t deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you’ll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Basic Qualifications

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
