Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on contractor to help us build and run our Data and AI Literacy Programme across a fast-paced, tech-driven travel organisation. This role focuses on execution, turning strategy into practical learning experiences tailored to employees of different roles, seniority levels, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities Mainly assigned to 2 programmes:
- Data & AI Literacy program
- Data & AI Policy, Standards and Guidelines.
Data & AI Literacy program
- Coordinate rollout of training programmes, including scheduling, communications, and stakeholder alignment
- Translate business needs into actionable Data & AI learning plans for different personas (e.g., product, engineering, commercial, operations, leadership)
- Design and implement role-based, level-appropriate training pathways (from Not aware to foundational to advanced)
- Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and learning platforms
- Align with internal learning teams and leverage the internally available learning platform
- Track participation, engagement, and impact; continuously optimise the programme based on data
- Act as a key point of contact for all Data & AI literacy initiatives across the organisation
Data & AI Policy, Standards and Guidelines.
- Lead the end-to-end operational creation of Data & AI Standards, Guidelines, and Playbooks for all Data and AI Capabilities.
- Comms & Change Management: Own the roll-out and communications activities ensuring all employees
- Monitoring & Compliance Tracking: Establish KPIs and feedback loops to measure the adoption effectiveness of the Standards, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Programme/Project Management experience delivering Data and/or AI literacy or enablement programmes in large, fast-paced tech organisations (travel or digital platforms a plus)
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end programme delivery
- Understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts in a business context
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- Ability to prioritise, execute quickly, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience with defining and monitoring key performance and risk indicators to adapt accordingly
- 2+ years of experience around Data Governance, or, alternatively, 3+ years of experience in working with Data, coming from Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Analytical background
- 3-5 years or relevant project management experience
- PMP or Agile Project Management or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Project Management Tooling: Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage project workflows, track progress, and collaborate effectively across teams.
