About the Role
The Creative Content Designer is responsible for transforming sales enablement concepts, messaging, and source content into polished, engaging, and visually consistent learning and sales materials.
This role serves as the visual and multimedia counterpart to the Sales Enablement Content Developer. While Content Developers focus primarily on content structure, messaging, and learning flow, the Visual Content Designer focuses on visual storytelling, presentation design, multimedia production, and the overall quality of the learner and seller experience.
The Creative Content Designer will work closely with Content Developers, Field Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and other go-to-market stakeholders to create professional, scalable assets that help sellers understand, retain, and apply key information.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who combines strong design judgment with the ability to manage multiple projects, work within brand standards, and turn complex information into clear, visually compelling content.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce professional sales enablement presentations, training decks, one-sheeters, infographics, newsletters, job aids, and other supporting assets.
- Own the visual design, formatting, and production quality of PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations.
- Transform complex, text-heavy, or incomplete source material into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Partner with Content Developers to bring course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and learning concepts to life.
- Edit and produce videos, including recorded presentations, demonstrations, interviews, animated explainers, and other enablement content.
- Incorporate graphics, animation, audio, screen recordings, and other multimedia elements to improve engagement and comprehension.
- Develop reusable visual templates, slide layouts, design systems, and production standards that improve consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain alignment with company brand standards while adapting content for different audiences, formats, and use cases.
- Review and improve existing enablement content to enhance readability, visual hierarchy, usability, and overall impact.
- Build and format digital learning experiences using tools such as Articulate Rise 360 or similar platforms.
- Support the creation of content for live, virtual, and asynchronous learning experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure visual assets accurately reflect approved messaging and product positioning.
- Manage assigned creative projects from intake through final delivery, including timelines, revisions, and stakeholder feedback.
- Organize and maintain visual source files, templates, graphics, video assets, and final deliverables.
- Ensure published content is accessible, accurate, current, and optimized for the intended delivery platform.
- Stay current on emerging design, video, AI, and multimedia tools that can improve the speed and quality of content production.
- Use feedback, engagement data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve visual content and templates.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in visual design, presentation design, multimedia production, creative services, or a related content-production role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling, video editing, and multimedia content creation.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including layouts, templates, animation, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience editing and producing video using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Experience creating graphics and visual assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design platforms.
- Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, layout, information design, and brand consistency.
- Ability to take complex information and translate it into clear, visually accessible content.
- Experience creating content for sales enablement, learning and development, marketing, internal communications, or another business-facing function.
- Ability to work from scripts, outlines, storyboards, and rough source content provided by Content Developers and subject-matter experts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high production quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, review cycles, and stakeholder requests.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to receive, interpret, and apply feedback.
- Ability to work independently while following established templates, processes, and creative direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and comfort collaborating with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a B2B, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical sales organization.
- Experience designing sales enablement or product marketing presentations.
- Experience with Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Highspot, Seismic, Docebo, or similar learning and content-management platforms.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animations, or short-form explainer content.
- Experience designing accessible content that follows established accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with sales processes, buyer journeys, and common sales methodologies.
- Experience using generative AI tools to support visual design, video production, image creation, or content workflows.
