The Role
As Country Manager, you are responsible for the strategy, growth, and P&L of the Uber Mobility business in Greece. - Unlock growth opportunities - Identify new customer, supply, product and partnership opportunities and build the business cases and execution plans required to bring them to market.
- Strengthen the marketplace - Develop strategies that improve supply, demand, reliability and marketplace efficiency while delivering a strong experience for riders and driver-partners.
- Build strategic partnerships - Develop and deepen relationships with driver-partners, industry participants and other strategic partners that can accelerate Uber's growth and strengthen its position in Greece.
- Lead through market complexity - Stay ahead of competitive dynamics, consumer trends, regulation and evolving mobility models, adapting Uber's strategy to the needs of the Greek market.
- Lead and develop the team - Build, inspire and develop a high-performing local organization, creating clarity around priorities while empowering teams to move quickly and deliver results.
- Influence across Uber - Build strong alignment across Uber's matrixed organization, partnering with EMEA leadership and teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Legal, Policy and Communications to advance Greece's priorities.
