Content Engagement Working Student

Who you are

• Being a self-starter, you enjoy taking responsibility and a managing tasks from start to finish with a hands-on approach and working independently
• Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 12 months of studies left - expected graduation after October 2027
• Business fluency of written and spoken English
• Experience working with the main Office software programs, such as Microsoft Office, on a daily basis (Excel and Power Point in particular)
• Business fluency in any of the following languages: French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish
• Affinity for books, audio books and media in general
• First experience with online marketing and/or campaign planning
• First experience or knowledge in project management

What the job involves

• Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student - Content Engagement to support our mission to enrich the lives of our customers with captivating entertainment and educational experiences
• In this position, you will work closely with the global customer engagement team, as well as marketing, content and design teams, to ignite a passion for the next title discovery
• You will work in the Global Customer Engagement Team across eleven marketplaces (USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, India and Brazil), and gain valuable insights into the creation and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns for audio content
• You can work on operational tasks within a technical environment and are at ease with digital tools
• Support the monthly priority release promotion planning
• Support the creation of design briefings for our priority releases and provide the involved teams with assets, working closely with marketing, content and design teams
• Support the launch of our campaigns in App and Web via our Content Management Systems
• Support campaign revisions for email and push channels
• Document campaigns
• Create analyses and reports to understand content campaign performance
• Suggest, create and maintain title curation with help of our internal tools and databases
• Support approval coordination for multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Provide general administrative and operational support to our daily business
