Job Description

TL;DR - Lovable is hiring a Community Manager, Virtual Spaces to own our virtual programs: the webinars, live builds, office hours, virtual buildathons, and microcommunities that reach our global community each week.

Why Lovable? Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started.

We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years across virtual events, community programming, education, or developer relations, including time running a recurring live program that people showed up for week after week
  • You've built and run a virtual program end-to-end inside an early stage or high-growth tech company: format, calendar, hosts, production, and follow-up
  • A confident live host and facilitator: comfortable on camera, quick on your feet in Q&A, and able to make a session with 30 people feel as good as one with 500
  • You've organized something with a start line and a finish line, like a hackathon, buildathon, cohort, or challenge, and know how to keep participants engaged through the middle
  • Experience recruiting and coaching hosts and speakers, and turning enthusiastic community members into people who can run a session themselves
  • Strong operator with production rigor: hosts booked, assets shipped, calendars accurate, recordings published, every week, without being chased
  • Fluent in the tooling: Zoom, StreamYard, Luma or similar, and a video editing workflow you trust
  • Builder instincts: you've shipped something yourself, or you're obsessed with people who do
  • Comfortable coordinating across time zones and markets (US, Brazil, Europe)

What You’ll Do Run the virtual program engine

  • Own Lovable's live virtual sessions across educational webinars, live builds, office hours, and persona-based series mapped to the ideate → build → run → grow journey
  • Book hosts (Lovable team, PMM, execs, external experts, and community leaders), write event descriptions, coordinate assets, manage the calendar, and run the details for every session
  • Own the recording pipeline: each session is captured, edited, and published to the Community Hub replay library so the content compounds
  • Recruit and coach great hosts across the company and community, and develop community-led sessions so the program scales beyond what you can host alone

Design and run virtual buildathons

  • Plan and execute virtual buildathons and challenges: theme, format, timeline, judging, prizes, kickoff and demo-day sessions, and everything in between
  • Keep participants moving through the middle of a build, with check-ins, office hours, and peer support
  • Partner with product, PMM, and partnerships to tie each buildathon to a launch, an audience, or a market

Experiment with microcommunities

  • Stand up and support smaller, focused groups inside the wider community: by persona (founders, marketers, ops), by region (US, Brazil, Europe), or by use case
  • Give each microcommunity a rhythm of its own, with recurring sessions, a place to gather, and a leader who owns it

Close the loop

  • Surface what you hear in sessions, from Q&A, chat, and follow-ups, to product, PMM, and marketing on a regular cadence
  • Own the quality of the community CRM pipeline: registration data (persona, city, contact) that feeds broader campaigns, growth content, and enterprise marketing
  • Track and report on program health: attendance, RSVP-to-attendance rate, post-event NPS, replay views, buildathon participation and completion, and microcommunity retention
  • Celebrate community wins loudly: when someone ships something great in a session or buildathon, make sure the whole community (and company) knows
