As a Cloud Solution Architect Business Applications Customer Engagement and Field Service in the AI Business Solutions Cloud Solution Architects team, you help customers navigate their frontier artificial intelligence transformation. In this role, you translate complex customer business processes into modern cloud and artificial intelligence powered solutions across D365 Customer Engagement and Field Service. You guide customers through designing and implementing business applications that streamline operations, enhance agent and frontline experiences, and create durable value. You connect business and technical stakeholders, shaping architectures that are resilient, secure, and ready to scale. By combining your technical depth with business acumen, you help customers realize measurable outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of the customer across internal teams by gathering and sharing insights and feedback, identifying patterns across customers and industries, and influencing product roadmaps and priorities to address emerging needs.Define and drive customer conditions of success, focusing on end-to-end experience, value realization, and acceleration of digital transformation through efficient, connected solution delivery.Identify and translate customer business and technical problems into industry-aligned architectures and solutions mapped to business outcomes and return on investment, including proof of concept and minimally viable product scenarios.Proactively uncover, qualify, and manage new opportunities for consumption, usage, and expanded solutions at scale, collaborating across Microsoft and partner teams to execute against the customer engagement model.Lead and contribute to virtual teams, readiness, and community activities by mentoring others, sharing proven practices, and helping develop scalable intellectual property, methodologies, and repeatable models that enable solutions to scale across customers.

Proactively acts as the voice of the customer/partner and internal communities leveraging relevant insights from feedback tools and systems. Identifies and/or translates customer/partner problems into industry solutions. Drives self and guides other team members to focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery and ensuring a seamless and connected customer experience. Proactively identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers using appropriate tools. Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies, ensuring proven practices and patterns are followed.

.Operates according to required operational excellence and proven practice standards throughout all sales stages/activities/tools of record. Leverages market insights and demand signals. Contributes to leading virtual teams using knowledge of Microsoft architectures and their context in the competitive landscape. Proactively identifies gaps that enable solutions to scale across customers.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND proven experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Field Service,Dataverse,  PowerPlatform, cloud technologies, information technology consulting/support,  software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Belgium is € 72,300.00 - € 122,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
