Cash Management Associate

Danske Bank Cash Management is looking for two motivated Associates to join our dynamic team in Helsinki, Kasarmikatu, to permanent, full-time positions. This is a great opportunity to develop within cash and liquidity management, take ownership of customer-related responsibilities and projects, and build meaningful relationships across the bank.

About the role

Our team advises corporate and institutional customers on cash and liquidity management, payments and technical integrations. As a Cash Management Associate, your work will connect directly with our clients’ operational success, helping them optimize financial processes and reach business objectives. You will work closely with experienced cash managers while gradually taking ownership of your own customers and projects.

A key part of the role will also be to participate in various projects together with colleagues across the Nordic organization, support strategic initiatives, and help develop and implement new processes and practices. You will also help shape the use of AI and new technologies, contributing to tools and solutions that support both customers and the bank.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing customer presentations, proposals, statistics and analyses
• Visualizing cash management solutions and account structures
• Acting as a secondary cash manager for selected customers
• Supporting and coordinating customer implementation projects
• Contributing to our ways of working through participating in strategic initiatives and the development and implementation of new tools and processes
• Building practical prompts and turning other ideas into usable solutions to enhance AI and tool enabled customer work

In addition, you will participate in transaction banking cross-selling initiatives across the organisation.

About you

We are looking for colleagues who are eager to deepen their expertise in cash and liquidity management, comfortable in taking ownership, and motivated to contribute to our team’s and customers’ success.

Our ideal candidate:

• Brings a university degree combined with 1-3 years of relevant experience from e.g., banking, consulting, fintech or corporate treasury
• Has strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Takes initiative, organizes complex information, and approaches problems practically.
• Presents confidently to customers and internal stakeholders, translating data and analysis into clear recommendations and visuals.
• Communicates clearly in both Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
• Collaborates effectively across teams while taking ownership of customers, projects, and deliverables.
• Is curious about AI and digital tools and motivated to develop more effective ways of working with them.

Experience with BI tools and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, is an advantage.
