Your Impact:

• Architect compelling business cases that blend financial rigor with AI-driven data strategies to maximize client investments.
• Lead high-level discussions with C-suite stakeholders to translate our technical stack into tangible business outcomes.
• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver a unified, value-led customer experience.
• Tailor our global AI and data strategy to the specific cultural and business nuances of the Swiss market.
• Champion thought leadership initiatives to influence executives, shape markets, and elevate our advisory brand.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier transformation, management consulting, or relevant value selling
• Proven track record in technology-led advisory and change leadership
• Fluent in German & English both written & spoken. French & Italian would be beneficial

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building complex financial models for ROI across diverse product portfolios.
• Proficiency in facilitating design-thinking workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling executive-level narratives and visual storytelling.
• Deep interest in the impact of AI on business models and AI-integrated operations.
• Proven experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments to drive investment consensus.
