Business Development Representative (Hungarian and Romanian Speaker)

• Our BDRs sit at the forefront of the sales organisation. You are the “engine” of our growth, you aren’t just selling software; you are selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce—the future of autonomous AI. You will help with AE pipeline generation for “whitespace” prospecting (new business) and strategic expansion within existing accounts
• Pipeline Generation: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Strategic Outreach: Engaging decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn)
• Sales Partnership: Working side-by-side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies
• Market Intelligence: Conducting deep account research to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve
