About the team The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement in the UK market. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Campaign Intern to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand and marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and brand marketing within a fast-paced environment. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities: - Execute campaign strategies (including product assortment strategies, discount & promotion mechanics, etc.) aligned with annual campaign themes and goals, and drive creative delivery and implementation. - Plan and execute weekly promotions and platform-wide big sales, coordinate resources across cross-functional teams. - Identify risks and opportunities during campaign execution, surface and unblock process bottlenecks for rapid issue resolution. Conduct data analysis to measure promotion performance, spot trends and propose optimisation plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in internet marketing, e-Commerce / campaign operations is preferred; overseas brand experience or familiarity with EU & US markets is a plus. - Strong data analysis & mining capability with good sensitivity to e-Commerce metrics. - Excellent communication, collaboration and cross-team resource coordination skills. Ability to independently drive projects forward. Detail-oriented, patient, good at knowledge summarization; proven experience in end-to-end campaign launch is highly preferred. - Able to start ASAP
