We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our financing teams located at our Helsinki offices on Aleksanterinkatu and Itäkeskus. What You Will Be Doing
As a Branch Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of financing specialists who provide tailored financial solutions to help customers achieve their aspirations. You will work closely with regional stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and deliver measurable results that combine exceptional customer experience with employee satisfaction.

• Lead and develop a team of financing specialists across two office locations
• Implement Danske Bank's strategy, values, and objectives
• Coach team members to enhance their skills and create a positive working environment
• Oversee daily operations and manage administrative and reporting responsibilities
• Actively represent Danske Bank in media, build local partnerships and represent the bank at regional events

About You

• Experience in financial services, particularly in financing and sales roles
• Strong understanding of loan and credit risk processes and financial products
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members towards achieving goals
• Goal-oriented approach combined with an ability to work effectively in demanding situations
• Interest in stakeholder collaboration and local community engagement
• A curious and innovative mindset – you do not settle for mediocrity, but approach change with an open mind and seek new solutions in a changing world
• Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage
• University degree relevant to the position
