Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR or a related field
• Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region
• Experience with labor/employee relations
• Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication management
• Deep understanding of European collective bargaining agreements, works council requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics, process automation, and healthcare cost management
• Experience working with large global teams
• Experience in oral and written communication
• Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian
• Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous situations
• Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
• Demonstrated success in vendor management and driving performance improvements
