- This is a visible role that requires strong stakeholder management, analytical capability, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures, managing complexity, and delivering results at scale
- Please note, this is FTC (Fixed Term Contract) position for 12 months
- Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy aligned to regional business priorities in UKI, driving pipeline and revenue through partner-led and AWS-led demand generation programs
- Own the marketing relationship with priority consulting and technology partners across UKI, building joint marketing plans (JMPs) that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Manage the MDF (Marketing Development Fund) planning, approval, and reporting process for the region, ensuring investment is optimised for maximum ROI
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs with partners to target key enterprise accounts, accelerating pipeline progression and deal closure

- The EMEA Partner Marketing team is part of AWS Global Partner Marketing and is responsible for driving demand and revenue growth through strategic marketing partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We work with hundreds of consulting and technology partners to create joint marketing programs that help customers accelerate their cloud journey
- Our team is collaborative, data-driven, and customer-obsessed. We operate at the intersection of partner strategy, field marketing, and demand generation, bringing together the best of AWS and our partner network to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. We value diverse perspectives, bold thinking, and a bias for action
- This role reports to the Director EMEA Partner Marketing and is based in London
