AI Workforce Sales Specialist - Flemish/Dutch Speaker

Overview

As an AI Workforce Specialist within Digital Enterprise Sales, you will help enterprise customers in Belgium and Luxembourg transform how they work through artificial intelligence. You will engage with customers to understand their priorities, shape AI transformation opportunities, and drive adoption of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and intelligent agents. Working with account teams, partners and specialists, you will develop opportunities, support organisational change and help customers realise business value from AI while driving sales growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to identify digital transformation opportunities, with a focus on artificial intelligence adoption and business impact.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners and services to qualify, develop and expand high-impact opportunities.
• Identify and propose AI solutions that address customer needs, using demonstrations, workshops and direct customer engagement to drive adoption.
• Bring together internal teams and partners to progress opportunities, remove blockers and support successful customer outcomes.
• Provide competitive insights to inform customer strategies and support innovation.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field AND sales, business development, or account management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Flemish and/or French.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field AND sales or account management experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND sales or account management experience OR demonstrated relevant sales or account management experience.
• Solution sales, business development, or consulting services sales experience.
• Experience working with customers in the healthcare industry.
• Experience building customer relationships, developing sales opportunities, and driving business outcomes.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 49,200.00 - € 71,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Spain is € 38,000.00 - € 59,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
