About The Role As an Accountant at Bolt, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong control over operations across multiple countries. The role involves recording and reviewing the financial activities of subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and supporting timely and accurate tax reporting.

You will collaborate closely with local accounting partners and tax advisors, while also working alongside Senior Accountants to improve processes and maintain clear visibility over financial performance and investments in each market.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing activities for designated subsidiaries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and manage asset accounting to maintain financial integrity.
• Take an active role in audits by organizing materials and ensuring timely audit completion.
• Collaborate with local accounting partners and internal stakeholders on accounting and tax compliance.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects to streamline operations.

About you

• You have proven work experience as a full-cycle Accountant
• You have a Higher education degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting and very good written and oral English skills
• You have strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture and make data-driven decisions
• You are Tech-savvy and experienced in working with accounting systems and tools
• You are a proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude, able to work independently and deliver results
