Account Manager (Berlin & Surrounding)

• As an Account Manager in Berlin (2-year Fixed Term Contract), you will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of accommodations partners within the DACH region. You will provide complex commercial advice on partner business performance, market opportunities and industry trends
• By empowering partners to use Booking.com’s systems, tools and products effectively, you will optimize their performance on the platform and execute partnership growth strategies. This is a partner-facing role combining commercial analysis, relationship management, portfolio prioritisation and regular communication across phone, digital and in-person channels
• Act as the primary point of contact for your DACH portfolio, proactively communicating through calls, messaging and in-person visits to support partner business development
• Evaluate local market trends and use performance insights to recommend actions that improve partner results, availability and supply for Booking.com customers
• Execute new partnership strategies that support growth in the Homes market and identify new partner leads
• Explain Booking.com products and connectivity opportunities in a way that is relevant to each partner
• Provide feedback to local and central teams on improvements to internal and external tools and products
• Organise, coordinate and attend trade fairs, workshops, webinars and other partner events
