Account Executive (General Business, East of France)

• Salesforce is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of a portfolio of strategic accounts within our France East team
• In this role, you act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through their digital transformation by delivering value-based solutions across the full Salesforce platform
• Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding the business challenges of clients across the East of France region and co-creating solutions aligned with their strategic objectives
• Sell the full Salesforce ecosystem to help clients achieve their goals and unlock new opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams — including pre-sales engineers, professional services, and partners — to address complex client needs
• Build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers within target organizations across the East of France region

• 5+ years of experience in consultative software sales (SaaS) or complex, long-cycle technology solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in multi-stakeholder environments
• Proficiency in a structured sales methodology (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger)
• Ability to build high-value business cases and strong partner alliances
• Experience managing complex strategic accounts
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
