Technical Specialist (Security)

• The Technical Specialist - Security in People Tech works on multiple Projects and Configuration changes on Application Security & Application governance
• The Application Specialist researches, designs, documents, maintains and implements new functionality in People Tech focusing on user experience, scalable design, legal requirements and best practices
• Responsible for implementing scalable and secure configurations along with fixing issues raised by the Business owners
• Proactively monitors new features released and identifies and promotes changes to improve System design and user experience
• This role sits within the People Tech and is responsible to Lead & Implement Enhancements & Support Application Security & Application governance - Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll to configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits
• Act as the Technology expert to provide solutions to the People Services, Financial Systems , Risk teams and other relevant stakeholders
• Review the Project designs, perform impact assessment and have the ownership and accountability for Solutions implemented for any cross functional impact or delivery impact
• Partner with other stakeholders such as Financial Systems, IT Services, Security & Privacy Teams, Technology Implementation Partners and Application vendors to implement technology solutions
• Participate in Application Security & Application governance Technology Functional development by being an active member of the Technology Community: working closely with Application Vendors, tapping into Customer networks to bring in learnings and best practices, joining User Groups, collaborating in forums
• Review and Coordinate Application Security & Application governance support packages, releases, release testing working closely with Financial Systems, Application Vendors and Technology Partners
• End to end ownership of providing solution for functional requirements after doing the impact assessment for Design, Architecture, User Experience
• Perform Unit Testing, Regression Testing and support UAT for both Projects & support
• For incident management, Perform Root cause analysis for Incidents and propose long term scalable fixes. Ensure Payroll processes are completed with no errors, inconsistencies from Technical side
• Responsible for ensuring system stability, enhancements delivery, process optimization for Applications
• Responsible for managing Compliance activities such as SOx ITGC controls, Data Privacy & standards, IT Change Management activities for Application Security & Application governance
• Responsible for maintaining documentation for Configuration designs for our implemented modules and provide inputs for the business manuals
• Responsible for maintaining the Applications Tenant Strategy in close collaboration with Application owners, vendors & IT Teams
• Work with Tech Partners to ensure solutions are scalable, delivered on time and in accordance with Application Security & Application governance best practices

• Basic understanding of Integration landscape in the Application Security & Application governance
• Experience in translating complex business requirements into technical design, Unit Testing, UAT, Regression Testing for system changes
• Strong technical background and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
• Understanding of GDPR, Sox compliance and legal regulations for IT Applications & Data security
• Should have minimum 4+ Years in Application Security , Application governance ,Reporting , ITGC controls, Kainos Add ons management is a pro
• Strong Problem Solving skills and excellent communication, stakeholder management
