Description & Requirements We are looking for a strategically minded and outcome-oriented Team Leader to lead our Sustainable Investment Product team within Sustainable Finance Solutions. The mission of this team is to provide a seamless workflow for sustainability-focused users and firms by delivering essential content that is consistent across the investment workflow: from screening, research, portfolio construction, risk management, to reporting.

This team sits at the center of our sustainable product strategy and commercial growth. You will lead a group of product in Sustainable Finance Solutions, ensuring our offerings are deeply embedded in client workflows across the Terminal and Enterprise. You will shape a cohesive product vision that connects content, analytics, and workflow tools into a unified experience that drives usage, enterprise revenue growth, and long-term client retention.

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex sustainability and regulatory requirements into scalable, differentiated solutions that win in the market.

We’ll Trust You To

• Own the Sustainable Investment product vision and strategy

• Define and evolve a clear multi-year strategy that takes sustainable investment solutions such as ESG scores, Sustainable Fixed Income, Regulatory Solutions into a seamless client workflow.

• Ensure consistency of content and experience across screening, research, portfolio construction, and reporting.

• Align product priorities with broader Sustainable Finance Solutions and Enterprise data, Index and Enterprise Product objectives.

• Drive commercial growth and workflow adoption

• Deliver products that grow Terminal sales and usage while contributing meaningfully to Enterprise data and Index revenue.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and clients to identify growth opportunities and remove friction from sustainability-focused workflows.

• Ensure our solutions become embedded, indispensable components of client investment and reporting processes.

• Lead senior product managers across key verticals

• Provide direction and alignment to the team

• Drive clarity on trade-offs and sequencing across interconnected initiatives.

• Foster strong ownership, accountability, and collaboration across the team.

• Translate regulatory and market complexity into scalable solutions

• Ensure regulatory requirements and evolving sustainability standards are reflected in product design and roadmap priorities.

• Balance innovation with governance, transparency, and data quality expectations.

• Partner cross-functionally to execute with rigor

• Work closely with Engineering, Data, Quants, Research and UX to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Connect strategic vision with disciplined execution, ensuring initiatives are outcome-driven and measurable.

• Act as a senior voice in prioritization and investment discussions.

• Represent the franchise internally and externally

• Engage directly with clients and industry participants to understand market trends and competitive positioning.

• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our Sustainable Investment solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll Need To Have

• A minimum of 7+ years experience in leading Product teams in the sustainability space.
• Proven experience leading Product teams in a complex, data-driven environment.
• Strong track record of defining and executing product strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
• Deep understanding of investment workflows and experience delivering products across research, portfolio management, or reporting.
• Ability to manage senior product managers and align multiple verticals under a unified vision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with Sales and enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA

We’d Love To See

• Familiarity with fixed income workflows and sustainability integration within credit markets.
• Experience delivering products across both Desktop (Terminal) and Enterprise/API environments.
• Strong commercial instincts, including exposure to pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategy.
• Experience working with Engineering and Data partners.
