About The Job A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead all aspects of supply chain readiness and execution for critical data center equipment. This role focuses on large-scale product types, including construction/building modules and high-value equipment that form the backbone of the Google Data Center fleet.

In this role, you will be the primary liaison between Google and its suppliers, driving end-to-end (E2E) material, inventory, and production readiness from product inception through mass deployment. You will leverage your domain expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement to implement processes and systems that ensure the efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of innovative products to our global data centers. This role requires a leader with the ability to create, educate, and promote supply chain principles and best practices with both internal partner organizations and external suppliers, ultimately enabling Google to meet its ambitious data center build-out goals.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €116000 - €118000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers, overseeing production schedules, commitments, Purchase Orders (POs), and strategic material buffers.
  • Identify supply chain risks and execute mitigation plans to ensure continuity. Document the global supply chain map, including procurement models and logistics.
  • Represent the organization in program meetings, providing schedule and risk updates. Collaborate with engineering, planning, and category managers to optimize existing systems and scale team capabilities.
