About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We’re looking for an Integration Specialist to oversee integrations and APIs. You’ll make recommendations to offer features that elevate our customers' experience.

In addition, you'll create technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases so they can obtain the most value.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for mid-cap and enterprise merchants
• Analyzing merchant expectations and architectures to design, manage, and implement scalable integration strategies
• Supporting troubleshooting by acting as the primary point of contact during hand-off from Sales to Production
• Performing deep-dive log analysis and API/plugin debugging to resolve complex integration hurdles whilst maintaining strict SLA compliance and securing successful launches
• Ensure account health by optimising authorisation rates and checkout conversion
• Developing and maintaining high-quality internal and external documentation as well as integration demos that demonstrate best-in-class usage of Revolut’s infrastructure
• Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless merchant experiences and drive continuous improvements

What you'll need

• 1+ years of professional experience in a technical, customer-facing role
• The ability to quickly learn new technologies and untangle complex systems, including APIs, databases, and SDKs
• A drive to continuously sharpen technical skills
• A solid understanding of how the web works, with hands-on experience using JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs
• Expertise in PHP and Python to support merchant integrations and build internal automation tools
• To be comfortable acting as a merchant’s technical right hand, providing live, on-the-ground support during critical lifecycle phases and high-stakes integrations
• Excellent communication skills to lead meetings with senior stakeholders, diagnose complex problems, and explain clear, pragmatic solutions
• The ability to translate business workflows and requirements into impactful technical solutions
• A growth mindset with a bias toward action to keep projects moving forward, make decisions, and engage the right collaborators
• Experience in performance-focused environments, using SLAs and KPIs to measure success and deliver high-quality merchant outcomes
• To be ready to lead and scale teams by setting long-term roadmaps, tracking performance against KPIs, and making informed prioritisation decisions

• Experience in the payments industry

Compensation range: Discussed during initial call , with final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
