As a Strategic Partner Manager, you'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic global partnerships, helping maximize value for Spotify, our partners, and the millions of people who use our platform every day. You'll collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch new partnerships, strengthen existing relationships, and identify opportunities that accelerate Spotify's growth.
What You'll Do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building trusted relationships and delivering an outstanding partner experience.
- Lead partner launches by coordinating timelines, managing operational activities, and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Build strong relationships across partner organizations through regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and optimize marketing initiatives that increase awareness, drive user acquisition, and support conversion from Free to Premium.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and support the successful launch of new products and services.
- Partner with Product Operations to identify feature enhancements, process improvements, and workflow efficiencies that improve partner management at scale.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices across internal teams to influence future partnership strategies, product improvements, and commercial opportunities.
Who You Are
- You have 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner management, alliance management, global account management, or subscriber acquisition.
- You bring experience from one or more of the following industries: management consulting, telecommunications, media, content distribution, or subscription-based consumer products or services, with strong knowledge of the European market.
- You understand commercial agreements, operational processes, marketing channels, and the metrics that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- You have experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- You build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, using influence and collaboration to drive successful outcomes.
- You enjoy solving complex problems, take ownership of your work, and adapt confidently in fast-changing environments.
- You use data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and develop compelling recommendations that support business growth.
- You know how to prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
- You communicate clearly, present ideas confidently, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
- You are fluent in English.
- Experience working with telecommunications partners is beneficial.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or workflows is beneficial.
Where You'll Be
