Description Amazon's Retail Business Services (RBS) organization is seeking a results-driven Sr. Program Manager to lead Stranded Inventory Optimization across Emerging/Strategic markets.

About The Role Amazon's International Emerging Stores (IES) is a strategic priority, targeting growth from $41.4B to $100B+ by 2029. As IES marketplaces scale, stranded inventory — units suppressed, aged, or blocked from customer purchase — represents a significant and growing cost-to-serve challenge across emerging markets (BR, MX, AU, ZA, TR, SG, MENA).

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking
• Experience working with end user or developer communities
• Experience in the financial services industry
