Job Description

About Uber & Uber Direct At Uber, we're reimagining the way the world moves-across people, food, and increasingly, goods. Uber Direct is our on-demand delivery and logistics offering, enabling businesses to provide fast, reliable delivery experiences to their customers.

As part of a fast-growing and evolving segment of Uber, Uber Direct is focused on building scalable, innovative delivery solutions that support a wide range of industries. We are expanding our enterprise partner ecosystem and strengthening the foundations that enable consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Retail Logistics Manager to join the Uber Direct team in the UK. This role is focused on managing our logistics partners and ensuring they are set up for success, performing at a high level, and evolving with the needs of the business.

Sitting at the intersection of account management, operations, and strategy, you will own key partner relationships while driving initiatives that improve performance, unlock growth, and support the continued scaling of our network. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across both commercial and operational domains.

What You'll Do

  • Own and develop relationships with key enterprise partners, acting as a trusted point of contact and strategic advisor
  • Harden and scale our existing logistics network to meet growing UK demand
  • Monitor partner performance, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, reliability, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, operations, product) to deliver cohesive partner solutions
  • Support the onboarding and development of new partners, ensuring strong foundations for long-term success
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making, track progress, and guide performance conversations
  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives that enhance how we work with and support our partner ecosystem

What You'll Need

  • 5-7+ years of experience in account management, partner management, or operations within logistics, e-commerce, or delivery-focused environments. Logistics experience is a must.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving partner performance and growth
  • Analytical approach, with confidence using data to support decisions and identify opportunities
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Why Join Uber Direct Uber Direct offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives within a rapidly scaling part of Uber's business. You'll play a key role in shaping how we partner with leading organisations and support their growth through innovative delivery solutions.

This is a chance to take ownership, build meaningful partnerships, and contribute to a team that is redefining how businesses connect with their customers through delivery.
