Senior Community and Events Lead

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and run a repeatable system that delivers multiple community events per month across European markets at a consistent quality bar
• Own large scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept to execution driven by real community and partner needs
• Turn one off wins into documented playbooks so quality holds as volume scales and own budgets vendors and logistics with precision
• Align growth marketing and partnership stakeholders hold the line on priorities and tradeoffs and solve problems live on site
• Define and track the metrics that prove events drive growth: attendance activation retention partner and KOL engagement and cost per outcome
• Scale the Events and Social Media playbook to multiple European countries from the get go.

What We Look For In You

• A track record running events at scale ideally recurring multi market programs
• Strong operational discipline: detailed planning precision and repeatable process design
• Fast calm problem solving under pressure and on the ground
• Confidence to make decisions and advocate firmly for the community inside the business
• Team leadership experience including hiring and managing people distributed across markets
• Sharp internal stakeholder management across functions
• Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners across Europe
