Job Description

About The Role Uber Health & Transit is a rapidly growing division dedicated to bridging public and private

transport to create more efficient, accessible, and sustainable systems. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Health & Transit Partnerships, you will lead our expansion across the Nordic

region, with a primary hub in Stockholm.

This is a strategic, consultative enterprise sales role operating within structured procurement environments. You will be responsible for acquiring and launching new public sector and enterprise customers, working with healthcare organisations, local authorities, transport providers, and regional governments to reduce private car dependency and improve patient mobility.

What You'll Do

  • Pipeline & Territory Management: Own the end-to-end sales process across the Nordics, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to negotiating agreements and managing a robust pipeline of ARR and booking targets.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and develop sub-vertical strategies across healthcare, social care, public transport agencies, and insurers to expand Uber's non-emergency patient transport and paratransit solutions.
  • Tender & Procurement Leadership: Lead discovery conversations and collaborate with the Bids & Proposals team to develop compelling commercial responses for formal public procurement processes and tenders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and navigate complex relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within Nordic public bodies and transport operators.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Policy, Legal, Operations, and Product teams to structure high-impact solutions and ensure successful long-term customer launches.
  • Implementation & Success: Take ownership of light post-sale implementation and early issue resolution to champion long-term partnership success.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Public Sector Expertise: Experience selling into regulated environments, public transport agencies, or healthcare bodies, including experience with structured public procurement frameworks.
  • Mindset: A self-starter with the resilience to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and the patience to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles
  • Technical Fluency: Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo).
  • Regional Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish preferred, or Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience working with Nordic local authorities, regional health boards, or national transport operators
  • Familiarity with mobility-as-a-service (MaaS), healthcare transport, transport technology, or health technologies or adjacent industries.
  • A genuine passion for sustainable mobility and its power to improve lives and strengthen communities.
